spell checker not working in Mozilla Mail


Hello all,
Can someone tell me how to enable spell checker or get it going in Mozilla Mail, when i click on the icon noting happens, no spell suggestions or anything. I'm using Mozilla 1.4 that came with suse9. Hope i asked this the right way

Does the default Mozilla install under SuSE actually install the spell-checker component? It may not.

Open YAST2/YOU and see if there's a separate RPM in the section where mail programs are listed (Network/Mail?) for the spell checker.
