SpamAssassin's Bayesian filtering, is forward as attachment ok?

I am trying to fight spam coming through to my inbox and inboxes of e-mails I host. I am going to use the Bayesian filter that comes with Spamassassin. I know sa-learn is capable of reading through a mailbox file, and I think I read somewhere it can detect when there is an attachment and it will scan through that as well.

My question is this... can I setup an account on my mail server that is simply a mailbox where myself and users of my e-mail system can forward spam to (as an attachment)?

Say I setup mailabuse@domain.com and I also had jimbob@domain.com could I attach 100+ known spam e-mail messages to a new message and send it to mailabuse@domain.com and then use sa-learn?

I just got down forwarding (as an attachment) over 3000 known spam messages to my mailabuse account. Before I run sa-learn, and i want to make sure it wont mess up.

What I am worried about is it marking MY e-mail as spam after it learns.

Does that make sense? Kind of hard to put into words.

Thanks for the help!

Joe
