Sound Juicer is tagging song files badly

Sound Juicer is taggin files with / in the names, is there anyway to go into files and change it manually? I haven't figured out how. Also is there a way to change the place from which Sound Juicer gets album information? Thanks.

It's gnome - right?
System --> Settings --> CD-Database-server (may not be the actual names because I translated it back from my system which uses german layout...)
For the first point - any id3-tag editor...
