SOS Postfix again !!!
Hi guys,
I have been trying to set up my Postfix mail server working like below. An email is sent out from my server to hello1@hotmail.com, but I want this email arriving at hello2@yahoo.com and with the header showing the email is from hello1@hotmail.com. I have already used "canonical" functionality to change the address "hello1@hotmail.com" to "hello2@yahoo.com" before sending, but the bigger issue is that I don't really know how to set the "To" part in header showing the email is from "hello1@hotmail.com", event it has arrived at hello2@yahoo.com. In actual fact, when I used "canonical", it changed not only the recipient also the "To" part in header information. This explanation is sort of complicated to understand, but I really need this functionality. Please help me, thank you. |
