Sorting mp3s into folders by ID3 tags?

All of my mp3s are in random folders and all mixed up. The only way I can imagine organizing these puppies is through their near-perfect ID3 tags. Is there a program that can look at the ID3 tags of mp3s in a folder and then copy them out into a structure similar to <Artist/Album/-track number - title - .mp3->?
