Songbird player


I have a Songbird tar file in my Download folder.when I try to install this using "yum install Songbird" I get the message
"No package Songbird available.
Nothing to do".can anybody tell me how to install it..

Just untar it and then there usually is a script that you can run. If you are running Gnome, just double clicking on the tar file will untar it, probably the same for KDE.

I am already using it by typing ./songbird in konsole.but I want a menu entry of songbird.
