something like xmodmap for bash (non gui)

hi,

i added the following line to /etc/X11/xorg.conf on my macbook:

Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Generic Keyboard"
Driver "kbd"
Option "CoreKeyboard"
Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "be"
Option "XkbOptions" "lv3:rwin_switch"
EndSection

now the right apple key is giving alt gr functionality
but this only works in X offcourse

now i would like to achieve the same result in bash (without Xserver started)
so i gues i need something like xmodmap but not for x

I don't think inputrc handles this, so either termcap or more recent: terminfo.
"man terminfo" or http://www.ibb.net/~anne/keyboard/ke....html#terminfo
