Unhappy someone please help with driver install problems

I hope i dont get into trouble posting this again, i have posted it here http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...d.php?t=428895 and as you can see, i havent gotten this fixed yet. I am using a Knoppix install using the "Debian flavor" option. As you can see someone started to help, but wouldnt respond with any other help...
I now have the "scripts" folder within the /usr/src/Linux-2.6.11 folder, i copied the gcc=version file thats listed in the other thread into the scripts folder as well as a "Makefile" too. but i am still getting the same errors..... Here's the output from /var/cache/modass.....pwc-source.buildlog.2.6.11...etc
