Some problems with Ubuntu efter reinstalling

I previously had Ubuntu 8.10 where the webcam worked out out of the box in aMSN. But after installing Debian 5.0, I installed Ubuntu 8.10 again on the same machine. Now the webcam doesn't work, Flash has some errors, and the Internet is slow on some sites.

Especially at www.jango.com Flash has problems. Sometimes want it, other times not. Webcam in aMSN works except when I must have webcam with others. The image is coming, but it freezes instantly, and I can not do anything other than closing it.

The Internet is particularly slow on pages that make use of. ASP and Flash.

How do I solve this?
