software using ftp to get files

hi all

I have remote ftp server (Linux ), by using ftp I downloading any new files manually for that i want my client ( Windows ) download which updating files automatically by using software.

If any one can help me to find Freeware can do the following:

---> Check and Download unavailable files (new files) (download the files that i have not)
