Software RAID + Ubuntu + FreeBSSD... Possible???

I currently have 3 500GB drives, 1 is my OS drive with Ubuntu 10.04, and the other two have been setup in a software RAID1 (mirror). I would like to resize my Ubuntu partition and install FreeBSD to try it out.

How can I make sure that my software RAID1 is recognized and make sure no data is lost?

Anyone?

Bump.

Surely someone must know?

It shouldn't be a problem at all if your RAID1 drives are separate from your boot drive. Just pay attention to the drives and partitions when you resize and install so that you don't pick the wrong one! If you need to be walked through it, then you'll need to post more details on your drive and partitions; ie. the output of mount, fdisk -l, etc.
