Question Software Localization Tool for Linux

Does anyone know of good software localization tools that work in Linux? We are in the process localizing a text based application. We are looking for a tool that can handle translation memory databases.

We are currently using XP for most of our localization, but we will need to work in Linux with this projects.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
