Software for the Mobius dash camera ?

Guys I have a problem I have just bought the equipment necessary to install a Dash Camera in my truck. However the software for this camera is only written for Windows and a few versions of Ubuntu.

Can you think of any cheap way to get it to work on Ubuntu 16.04 which I run as my OS.

Here is a link to whats available:http://www.mytempfiles.info/mobius/index.html

I welcome any and all ideas.

Depending on how you use this camera you may not need the software for everyday use. I think you need the software to configure it, but once it is set up you can happily use it without. Anyhow, if you do not have an Android device you can install Android OS in VirtualBox and use it to access your camera.

Thanks Emerson I was really worried, now I'm only semi worried, LOL.
I've never used VirtualBox and know nothing about it but will give it a try. Is it a pretty straight forward thing to do?

Right now the program file is still zipped, Can I download it to virtual Box and unzip it then download the Android OS and access the unzipped program?

I heard of a program called Wine, will that work (as another choice)?

Hi Emerson, In regard to the software VirtualBox could I run the the program that lets you input different parameters into the camera (Msetup.exe in VirtualBox and have the phone connected by USB and download the parameters to the camera?

Yes, you need to install Windows in VirtualBox and tell VirtualBox to pass this USB device to the virtual machine in order to use Windows software.
