Software for sending out a fax

I want to be able to take data in from a web form and fax the results to a remote fax machine.

Does anyone know of any software for a server that would let me do this?

Thanks,
Dan

Thanks, this looks like what i need.

To go along with it, i'm thinking of using iaxmodem, since i may or may not have access to a physical modem on my server.

Thanks for your time.

Dan
