[SOLVED] Software for Message of the day or Bulletin board

I have looked at some of the other threads on this and perhaps I am searching the wrong terms.

I am looking for decent software or a good web tool that I can run on a monitor or TV at points in the building that sequence through slides or messages like announcements or news updates.

Something that I can update remotely or from a server and the clients pull updates once or twice a day.

We used this in the office: https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/raspberry-pi-dashboard/ to display various announcements and metrics about our infrastructure such as maintenance windows and such.

First you'd have to decide hardware. Monitor may assume some sort of computer attached. They do make signage computers that are quite low cost.

Then you'd have to decide how you wish to make and preset. Example may be powerpoint type presentation or some video playing.

Then the last part is how you manage them or it. HDMI could go a long way. They make hdmi over ethernet and such.
