We need to make a demo version of our software product, and I am wondering
if you know any non-commercial demo making sofware under Linux
platform there?

You might be able to make a demo CD with LifeBoat. You can add your software to the LifeBoat bootable CD using the addons feature in LifeBoat.

What I mean is sort of Record and Replay software that can capture some
of our software product's demo actions, and replay when user installs it.
