Software for drawing block diagrams
 

Hi,

I am using Debian. Can anybody recommend a good software to draw basic block diagrams like these?

Inkscape.

I draw diagrams like this and I use Inkscape. Of course Inkscape is too versatile and powerful for that, but other packages are often too limited. After all, it is not THAT difficult to use INkscape for that, and capabilities like aligning etc. are excellent.
