software for creating network map?

Does anyone know of good software to create a map of a network [including switches, paths between, with hostnames and ips]? I used to use something in windows called Fluke Networks LAN Network Map, [used in conjunction with Microsoft Visio].
Anyway, if anyone could suggest something, it would be much appreciated.

Look at DIA, it's kind of simple but might work for you.
