snort snort.conf help


any text file on snort.conf I'm stuck getting bunch of error when i try to have run in some mode one of them being ids mode

those any one have a snort.conf example i could fallow so i can get an idea of how it looks like ?....

If you installed snort from source or rpm you should be able to find some examples in /usr/doc/snort or /usr/share/doc/snort.
