Snes9x
I installed Snes9x from source on Slackware 10. When i ever i run "snes9x /home/user/rom" nothing happens. The terminal just sits there. I also tried a binary. Am I missing something?

anyone?

Not sure about Snes9x, but with xmame there is a ~/.xmamerc file in which you have to set the path to the rom directory. Is there a similar file for Snes9x? Try `ls -a` in your home directory, or there may be a global config file in /usr/local/Snes9x or wherever.

i'll try that

didn't work any other ideas?

Exactly _what_ didn't work? There must be an rc or conf file somewhere...

Here's a copy of the terminal:
bash-2.05b$ snes9x /home/ryan/ROM/FinalFantasy3.smc It just sits like that for eternity. |
