Question SMS Server/Getway Software !

GOAL:
I want to build a cellphone Center from where I can be sending people Text sms', Wallpapers , ringtones(both true tones and mono) , mms and stuff like that.
[the sedning can be manual or automatic although i prefere automatically]

REQUIREMENT:
software that can be used in such a situation.

PROGRESS SO FAR:
I have already downloaded smstools by http://smstools3.kekekasvi.com/ and http://www.meinemullemaus.de/ and am going through the documentation.
I have also come across:
http://www.gnokii.org/
http://www.gammu.org/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page
http://www.pxh.de/fs/xgsmlib/ and http://www.pxh.de/fs/gsmlib/
http://www.kannel.org/
but i havent tried or carefully tried them out yet

I do realise that Linux has so many options for almost everything and you have to test a bit but I would like to cut to the chase a bit.

ANY HELP WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!

J

The best option is to talk to your local wireless telecomms providers and see what they offer. Unless you want to send *everything* via your phone (very costly), you probably want an agreement with a wireless telco operator. That way you can get access to their equipment and you can send data packets to a given IP to be sent onto the wireless network etc. When I say you can get access to their equipment I mean you can send them packets via your ISP, identify yourself, and the telco's equipment will handle sending it on and bill you accordingly. I forget all the terminology for the various bits and pieces in a wireless network. :} Anyway, I'm pretty sure there are a few 'clients' written to run on Linux - however, the clients are useless until you have an agreement with a wireless telco and an account to access one of their 'gateway' machines.

Yes Actually I want to be sending them via my phone not through internet and stuff.
It wont be anything big just a small thing so the costs wont shoot above the clouds
