Small linux I can run sysbench, lshw and curl from?
I've got a bunch of old computers I'm trying to collect stats for so need a small CD bootable image I can run sysbench, lshw and curl commands from on a i386/i686 platform. (With sshd running in case of problems)
Used to use DSL (Damn Small Linux) for projects like this but it's been several years since I've done something like this. Anyone got a 2021 set of instructions for making an i386 bootable CD with custom software without spending days of research ;) Thanks. |
Get the network installation CD from Debian and just create a minimal system:
