Question small fonts inside GVIM

Hii, I am using GVIM, and KDE with ARCH linux and KDE 3.5.2
It seem that I have very small and unclear fonts inside GVIM, How can I change it?
is it in the .gtkrc-2.0 file?
and if so how can I fix it please?

It can be changed from the "Edit" menu, but it doesn't save the font across sessions. I am not sure how to save that setting...
