Running ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope with OOo 3.0 but having big problems with Impress.

OOo has always been a bit unrefined in the notes view, but now when I create - or import - a presentation, the image of the slide at the top of the page is disappearing.

The strange thing is that it doesn't happen all at once. Just gradually. When I go from the Normal view to the Notes view, the slide image is there, but later on it's disappeared.

By the time I get around to printing out my notes - which really need an image of the slide at the top - all of them might have gone. The main slides are fine. It's just in the notes.

What's happening? Any advice will be gratefully received.

I've checked out the OOo Impress forums but nothing seems to specifically relate to this issue.

I think I've worked this one out, though it's not a solution.

It appears that the slide image will disappear in Impress notes view if you attempt to resize it. This is what I'd been doing in order to make more space for text.
