Hi
I have installed slapd in my debian system, the fact is that when the slapd daemon is running, when I try to access it (with the typical test of
ldapsearch -x -b '' -s base '(objectclass=*)' namingContexts
) in the same host the response is
"ldap_result: Can't contact LDAP server (-1)".

Turning on logging for the server (loglevel 256) when I try the ldapsearch command it logs the following
"fd=11 DENIED from unknown (127.0.0.1)"

I have make other instalation of slapd in other (similar) debian system and didn't have this problem. Any help please?
