SlackBuild for Virtualbox 5.0.30 error SW 14.2 x64 multilib

Hi,
I've tried several times to install Vbox w/o success; I've done (logg)d as root:

sqg -p virtualbox
sbopkg -i virtualbox (choose queque and P)

Got the following error:

The failing command:
@gcc -c -O2 -Wno-format -O2 -fno-omit-frame-pointer -fno-strict-aliasing -m64 -I/tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/out/linux.amd64/release/bin/sdk/bindings/xpcom/include -I/tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/out/linux.amd64/release/bin/sdk/bindings/xpcom/include/nsprpub -I/tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/out/linux.amd64/release/bin/sdk/bindings/xpcom/include/string -I/tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/out/linux.amd64/release/bin/sdk/bindings/xpcom/include/xpcom -I/tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/out/linux.amd64/release/bin/sdk/bindings/xpcom/include/ipcd -I/tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/include -I/tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/out/linux.amd64/release -DRTPATH_APP_PRIVATE="/usr/share/virtualbox" -DVBOX -DVBOX_OSE -DVBOX_WITH_64_BITS_GUESTS -DVBOX_WITH_DEBUGGER -DRTPATH_APP_PRIVATE="/usr/share/virtualbox" -DRT_OS_LINUX -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -DRT_ARCH_AMD64 -D__AMD64__ -DVBOX_WITH_HARDENING -DRTPATH_APP_PRIVATE="/usr/share/virtualbox" -DRTPATH_APP_PRIVATE_ARCH="/usr/lib64/virtualbox" -DRTPATH_SHARED_LIBS="/usr/lib64/virtualbox" -DRTPATH_APP_DOCS="/usr/share/virtualbox" -DIN_RING3 -DLOG_DISABLED -DMOZILLA_CLIENT=1 -DNDEBUG=1 -D_IMPL_NS_COM -DXPCOM_DLL_BASE="VBoxXPCOM" -DMOZ_DLL_SUFFIX=".so" -DIN_RING3 -DVBOX_WITH_XPCOM_NAMESPACE_CLEANUP -DMOZ_PRESERVE_PIC -DEXPORT_XPT_API -DOSTYPE="Linux2.6" -DOSARCH="Linux" -DXP_UNIX=1 -D_GNU_SOURCE -DHAVE_VISIBILITY_ATTRIBUTE=1 -DHAVE_VA_LIST_AS_ARRAY -DHAVE_VA_COPY -DVA_COPY\(a\,b\)=__builtin_va_copy\(a\,b\) -Wp,-MD,/tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/out/linux.amd64/release/obj/xpidl/xpcom/typelib/xpidl/xpidl.o.dep -Wp,-MT,/tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/out/linux.amd64/release/obj/xpidl/xpcom/typelib/xpidl/xpidl.o -Wp,-MP -o /tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/out/linux.amd64/release/obj/xpidl/xpcom/typelib/xpidl/xpidl.o /tmp/SBo/VirtualBox-5.0.30/src/libs/xpcom18a4/xpcom/typelib/xpidl/xpidl.c

Looking for phyton3 in package list. Please wait... DONE
The file(s) phyton3 can't be removed - package not installed.

Same error if I install all required dependancies from individual Slackbuilds

Hi:

When I install Virtual Box I generally don't use sbo.

Instead I download VBox from the site and than run the script as root like so:

Code:
./VirtualBox-5.1.14-112924-Linux_amd64.run
Once the script is done running VBox is installed and ready to use.

Ztcoracat Thanks for help! Finally I successfully installed Vbox!
Just few little note that may help other newbiee (like me) to solve similar issues in installing Vbox:

1) Don't download file.run with browser, probabilly this will cause system to freeze (see attached Image)
Use instead the following command:

wget http://download.virtualbox.org/virtu...inux_amd64.run

2) Remember the mentioned command place the download to the current working directory (check with pwd command)
3) File permission are related to user that is logged when wget is downladed, so use wget as root or chmod the file after download

Ztcoracat, please excuse my noobish notes, your solution was good and self explaning (to me), I added such notes in order to help who might need further details

Thanks again

O VBox has it own install and remove commands -- that is what I've used and it worked for me. sbo not really needed it is self contained rather well for updating also.

You're Welcome.

Glad to hear you now have Virtual Box installed.

Now you can run and try all sorts of distro's.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
