Skip grub?

How do I skip past grub so that the next thing in the BIOs boots?

What would that menu entry look like?

What exactly are you trying to do?
AFAIK you can't skip grub when it's in the MBR of a hd that's already accessed. You can add stanzas to grub to boot an OS on another hd though.
The device boot order is already defined in the BIOS.
