Hi,
Dropbox.com is being blocked within many organizations. what is the other sites to share screenshots or to upload files, in addition to Microsoft's Onedrive?

Not sure this belongs here, but try imgur? If the pictures you are trying to share are business related then perhaps your organization has an option for this and try talking to IT.

I mean any other sites, other than Dropbox.com to share the picture files, or to upload files.

Sorry, I also cannot get into Flickr, as my company is blocking both live.com and yahoo.com.

Talk to your systems administrator to find a solution. There's a reason its blocked.

I want to see if there is any other sites to use, as there is a policy here to disable those sites, using the accounts from live.com or yahoo.com.

We don't know why or what is all being blocked. Your administrator does. Ask them.

It is the company policy as I've said.
But I want to see if there is any sites, on which we can share files?

Again, as you've been told several times so far, WE HAVE NO IDEA what is blocked at your company...go talk to your administrators. Find a site that they don't block, or ask if you can have permission to use one.
If you are wanting us to provide you a complete list of other sites to try (aside from the SEVERAL you were already handed), is there a reason that YOU cannot go look on Google for such things?

So GO LOOK SOME UP
We STILL don't know what is blocked at your company, or what your goals are. You were given ideas.

If you want to share picture files with others then download pictures to computer & change permissions to the folder to allow access by anyone, or get their personal information & send directly.
I can say that if the administrator has blocked certain web sites from your system, then you may get fired for circumventing policy without permission.

I want to know which other sites are free to share the files, as from Google, some of the sites are charging for money.
