I need a program, which allows me to use my computer as a telephone. I'm not talking about Skype-like progs, which are net based telephone progs, but I'm talking about a prog, which "converts" my computer to an ordinary telephone device. Of course I need a modem using prog, and not a soundcard using prog, becouse the modem can connect to the telphone line, and the soundcard no. I found soundcard using telephony progs, but how can I connect my comp to the telephone line with them? Thanks.
Yeah, and SkypeOut is not a solution, since it NEEDS internet connection, and I do NOT have it at home.

use skypeout? its a feature of skype that lets you call normal phone numbers. Did read a thing somewhere saying its free till end of 2006 too
