Simple Machines Forum stopped displaying correctly

I installed a simple machines forum on our robotics club web server. It worked fine for before I left for thanksgiving break. Now it displays text-only and I can't figure out why. Nothing on the server has been changed. I can't figure it out. I have attached a screen shot of the index page.

I know I won't be able to answer the question, but I also know that those who can will want to know what software you are using the drive the forum.

It's "Simple Machines Forum", usually written as the "SMF" TLA.

Exactly how do you know nothing changed? Could be some missing CSS/path issue?

Was a path issue. I changed the root directory and I know the themes directory got changed also because everything worked properly. Even the repair paths said everything was setup properly. For some reason, the location of the themes got changed back to the original location. I know I didn't do it and there is only one other person that knows it exists at the moment (or even has admin access) so I have no idea why it was looking for its old location. Thanks anyway.
