simple, but complex program

I would like to get a program working on linux. All it does is allow me to edit the .map files from certain games, for hacking the game purposes.

Now it is a pretty simple program, except it is built on the Microsoft .net architecture. Is there any way to get this to run in linux? Many thanks in advanced.

Highly unlikely. There is mono for linux that runs C# code, but the System.Windows.Forms library support is far from complete.
