Similar to microsoft project?

Dear all,
I am running a demanding task of designing different tasks with my colleagues. I would like to have a program that can track minor and major details of this type of work.

Do you think there is something similar that microsoft project in linux?

YES! It exists!It's called "Planner" (go figure...) and chances are it's in your repo...

I have used it for a while and am absolutely wild about it
