Sidebar for my icons?


Hey everyone,

I have just been searching for a nice transparent sidebar?.. something to put my ICONS on.. maybe even something used by super karamba? i dono just anything

any ideas?

p.s also posted this in novel/suse on accident. Dont know how to delete a post maybe someone can let me know if thats possible haha

If you're using gnome, you can actually set a panel to be transparent. Just right-click on the panel, set the "background" to solid color and adjust the transparency slider.

Yes, and you can add additional panels as well by clicking on one of your panels, selecting add"panel" and select left or right.

i guess ill just use this thread.

Anyway im looking for one in KDE and yea i know you can right click and add another panel, but they dont really work well for me.. it would be nice if i can just have another panel just like the bottom one.

Oh i figured it out... thanks for the help guys i just added another panel.. seemed to not work the other day, but did tonight
