Shockwave or Flash for Mozilla 1.3?

Anyone know if there are any plugins for Shockwave or Flash that support Mozilla 1.3? I know I should probably use something like Netscape, but my poor ol' 200mhz computer can barely run Mozilla and SETI@home at the same time, let alone SETI@home and netscape..
