Shockwave not working in Chromium or Firefox in CentOS 6.5

This is all on CentOS 6.5

I have Chromium Version 31.0.1650.63 Built from source for CentOS release 6.5 (Final) (238485) and ...
Firefox ESR 24.5.0

When I try to load a Flash player screen I get the "Could not load Shockwave Flash" error band at the top of Chromium. Similar problems in Firefox, with no plugins available through the browser.

How do I fix this?

What about Chromium
