Sharing foldres with Vmware player
 

Hi all,
I have installed Vmware player and started to work with the Xubuntu appliance downloaded from the Mvware site. I´m runing FC4 as host and I´m intertersted in share folders with the virtual Xubuntu machine. I found a lot of information saying that it si possible but nobody says how. Could somebody give a help or reference guide with this?

I tried that before and had a hell of a time getting it to work. An easier solution may be to just use scp if you don't need to share a million files.

what scp is/

secure copy, you can copy files between machines with it. I assume they both must have the ssh daemon running. Try googling for 'scp'.
