Several Questions
I have several newbie questions:
1. In KDE, when I play songs, I get the standard "Soundcard is in use" error, but when I'm in Gnome, it works ok.
2. When I try to upgrade my GAIM, it says I need 4 packages. A couple lib's and and GTK upgrade. How do I fix those? (A know they need to be more specfic, I'll update early tomorrow morning.)

not sure about the sound card issue...but when I need a lib (dependency) I look on google.com (just enter the name in the search field) and proably have been 95% successful...or try rpm.find.net...good luck

If you're using XMMS to play songs, change the output plugin to ARTS when in KDE. Should fix it.
