setup fetchmail or sendmail

I want to configure server for mail.which will be best and how can i configure it my hardware setup is below

3 systems of pentium -iv with windows OS and one system for linux server.I have leased line with my company's domain name . and i want create five email id in my mail server. which server will best fetchmail or send mail and how can i configure it

somebody can guide me
