setup-ds-admin.pl command not found on centos 7

I'm trying to run this command on centos 7 but it does not seem to work. All the articles I've found on how to configure Directory Server and LDAP are on centos 6.5 or older. Me an my classmates are trying to configure a Linux network as part of a school project.

Thank you

"/usr/sbin/setup-ds-admin.pl" is provided by the package `389-admin',
.. not yet available for CentOS 7 . CentOS 6 : The epel.repo .

CentOS 7 has perl-5.16.3, same as Fedora 19, if you want "389-admin-1.1.35-1.fc19".
