Setting up Raid 0 on RedHat 9.0

i have been searching for information on how to do this. And haven't really found anything that helped. I have 7 scsi hard drives in a rack mount server
and i want to stripe them. I am using Red Hat 9.0, anyone have a link or url that could help walk me through this?

thanks for the help.

you are going to have to tell us more info:
server model/manufacturer?
RAID controller model/manufacturer?

Well its doesn't have a raid controller,
i guess what i want to do is stripe 7 scsi
drives.

Its a super micro server, with dual xeon processors

ok, i did find some info on software raid, but i'm still not sure i understand.

first off, how do i go about checking to see if the scsi drives have been recognized?
where would i look to see them?
do i need to partition them first?
do i need to mount them.

the information i found seems to start at a point where i have all the drives ready to go.
but i dont even know where to find there mount points to even know if i can start doing the software raid.
