setting up ofx direct connect in gnucash

I'm trying to set up ofx direct connect in gnucash 2.2.4, running Debian Lenny. I've followed these instructions to build gnucash with hbci and ofx enabled:

And then these to try to set it up:

Which all seems very clear and helpful until it gets here:

From the GnuCash main window, choose the menu item: Tools>HBCI Setup...

On my Tools menu there is no HBCI Setup option. Can't find it anywhere, nor in the GnuCash help pages. I've searched through all the menus, all the tabs, nothing. Has anyone successfully set this up?
