Setting up a DNS server on FC2

How hard is it to set up my own DNS server? I don't really want to use ZoneEdit anymore, so I was just wondering, could I set up a DNS server on my server that is already running Apache. How hard is it?

Hey, as another note, my IP address to the world is dynamic. With this put the fly in my ointment?

Yes, if your ip address is dynamic then setting up a DNS server is useless to you. You are on a modem or something?
