Setting open OpenLDAP on Ubuntu Maverick Meerkat

I'm following the tutorial at to set up openldap on maverick. However, when I try to do

ldapadd -Y EXTERNAL -H ldapi:/// -f db.ldif
I get:

adding new entry "cn=module{0},cn=config"
ldap_add: Naming violation (64)

Any ideas what's wrong?

The following order should be used. Replace example and Company with your own information.

# Root node
dn: dc=example,dc=com
objectclass: dcObject
objectclass: organization
o: Company
dc: example
As suggested in the link you are following

Thanks prayag_pjs. I'm afraid I won't be able to try this since I already removed Ubuntu and installed Debian. The openldap server on Debian is configured with a slapd.conf, in the old manner.
