Setting a filter to move message to a folder gives invalid action string -Claws Mail

Setting a filter using the condition "from" - sender string to use action "move #mh/Mailbox/[target folder]" gives the error message "Action string is not valid". Wherever I have looked, this is the command you are supposed to use when filtering for that particular action with the internal Claws Mail filtering. I am not using the Perl plugin for filtering. Does anybody have any suggestions? - Debian wheezy 64 bit; Claws Mail 3.8.1

Only thing I notice is the double quote should be immediately before the #, not before the command move.
