I just have some simple seti@home questions. Are there any special things I have to do to Seti before I shut off my computer? Also how can I see the progress?
Thanks
I was at seti's website I made sure to join the linuxquestions.org group. I'll probably let it run all night once I get my system heating problem worked out. Is 107 degree system temp and 118 cpu that bad?
It should be fun to see my cpu temp after I leave seti running for about 5 hours. Greklem is saying I'm at about 99% cpu usage. Well, if I somehow blow my cpu it would give me a good excuse to upgrade to a really fast athlon.
Well, make sure to at least make it last a few more months so you can upgrade to an Athlon 64. Imagine how much faster it would run with the latest X86-64 version of your favorite linux distro than it does right now!
