set up ODBCConfig & DataManger?


Hi every body
what is needed inorder to run ODBCConfig?
I've installed these libraries:
MyODBC-3.51.06-1
unixODBC-kde-2.2.3-6
qt-ODBC-3.1.1-6
MyODBC-2.50.39-1
unixODBC-2.2.3-6
unixODBC-devel-2.2.3-6
and
libodbc++-0.2.2pre3-1
libodbc++-qt-0.2.2pre2-10
libodbc++-devel-0.2.2pre3-1

But ODBCConfig doesn't run.
whatelse should I do?
