Set up Fetchmail for use with MrPostman?

I tried fetchmailconf but some of the stuff in the "Setting up your Mail Client for use with MrPostman" MrPostman help page wasn't applicable:
  1. Create a new Mail Account
  2. Choose POP3 server type
  3. Enter localhost as the incoming mail server address
  4. Enter 11110 as the incoming mail server port
  5. Enter your complete email address (e.g. chris@hotmail.com) as username. You can set account specific settings by prefixing the username with option settings (see Module settings), e.g. onlyUnread=true#markRead=true#chris@hotmail.com. For configuring the user name for RSS news, see here.
  6. If the MrPostman module does not support the deletion of emails, make sure to configure your email client to 'leave messages on server', even if they are 'deleted or moved from the inbox' (esp. you need to do this for RSS feeds, otherwise you would get the same messages over and over again)
  7. If requested enter your account password
  8. To reply or send new emails you will need to configure a SMTP server address.

How do i set up Fetchmail for use with MrPostman?

Does anyone have experience in this?

Okay, I've got it working here's a template of my .fetchmailrc
incase anyone wants it:
Code:
set postmaster "USERNAME"
set bouncemail
set no spambounce
set properties ""
poll localhost port 11110 with proto POP3
user 'EMAIL_ADDRESS' there with password 'PASSWORD' options keep fetchall
Note: include the double quotes ("") and single quotes ('').

USERNAME is the user running fetchmail.
EMAIL_ADDRESS is the email address to get mail off of.
PASSWORD is the password of the email account.
