Set max-mount-counts for a reiserfs

My computer fsck's my 300GB HD ever 30 mounts or so and it takes a long time

I want to set it to check the reiserfs partition every 60 mounts or so

for ext3 partitions i could set it using tune2fs, but reiserfs no longer stores it in the journal.....

so what do i do to set it... Is it coded into one of the boot scripts... If so i use gentoo.....

Really reiserfs?

There is reiserfstune, but that has no parameters for adjusting a "max mount count" option. Honestly, I have never seen my reiserfs check after a distinct mount count. Instead it always checks the journal, and only if replaying that still leaves errors, will mount readonly. Then the system kicks in, recognizing the error and forcing a file system check.
So if you often have undesired filesystem checks on reiser, you either have your journal turned off (possible with reiserfstune), or you may have hardware problems.
