Here are the messages i got

Your session only lasted less than 10 seconds.
if you have not logged out yourself, this could mean that there is some installation prolem or that you may be out of diskpace.Try logging in with one of the failsafe sessions to see if you can fix this problem.

Ok...now how about telling us WHEN you got those messages, what you were trying to do, version/distro of Linux, and maybe we can help. All we've got so far is a list of error messages, with nothing to relate them to.

Have you checked disk space, as the error suggested? What desktop are you trying to launch? Does this happen with any other users? Can you log in as failsafe??

And please post your /etc/profile and /etc/bashshrc with line numbers. It's easier to read if you put it in code tags (that's a link to instructions or you may prefer to use "Advanced Edit" mode which has a # button for code tags). One way to show line numbers is to open the file with vim, enter :set number then copy-and-paste. You can get out of vim by pressing escape followed by :q!

And you still haven't answered any of the questions we've asked. How do you expect any of us to help you?
