Server installation on a Dell Poweredge 2550

Could anyone out there tell me the best Linux server program to install on this device? Also one thats easy to install as well and farily easy to use, Im sort of new to the linux thing so your help would be greatly appreciated! Like I said its a Dell and I really dont have much time for Dell products to be honest plus its second hand too!

Debian installed on my Dell and HP servers with no issues.. Other options would be Centos, or Ubuntu LTS Server Edition.
Easy is a relative term..
